On Thursday, December 15... Dan and I will have been together for 3 months. When I think about that...i ask myself why I didnt give him the chance he deserved the first time he tried to be with me. But those are mistakes he tells me never look back on, because we are together now, and thats all that matters. Being with him is truly amazing...he has opened my eyes to so much, and helped me through even more. He's been the strong shoulder I've needed for support... the inspiration that keeps me going...and the love that shows me maybe just maybe I do mean something. When he comes home from work everyday... and wraps his arms around me... i know that in his arms is the only place i ever want to be. And when he holds Ashlen... I know that she should have been his... not Shauns..but that is my regret to live with... its just the way he looks at her... and how hes always willing to take her...even if its only for a moment... even if shaun is her true father...i know hell never be there... having Dan in my life shows me that she will have someone there to show her wut a father is suppose to be. Thank you babe for being one of the greatest things in my life... thank you for being my shoulder to cry on....thank you for helping me through the hard points in life...but most importantly....thank you for loving me in a way no one else ever has. I love you Dan....but more importantly...I'm in love with you... untill now... i never saw the difference between the two.
